You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Due to the nature of Balloons as a product and the specific inflation process of many product lines, Balloonaway does not warrant Balloon Products not inflated in store by Balloonaway.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address within Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, such as Bouquets, Gift Packs, Balloon Gas and DIY Kits. These items are available to Client requests within the Newcastle NSW areas only.
When you place an order for items available via our Online Store, we will estimate the shipping cost and if necessary, contact you with the estimated date of arrival. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Bouquet/Gift Pack Delivery
If ordered via our Online Store by 11am on day of requirement, same day delivery is available on Bouquets/Gift Packs within the inner Newcastle Suburbs. It should be noted that Balloonaway takes every care to ensure that Bouquets/Gift Packs reach their destination in good order, however, if the recipient is not available at point of delivery to accept such goods, Balloonaway accepts no responsibility for damage incurred to product thereafter. In such cases where the recipient is not available, Balloonaway will do its best to place the product in the safest and most protected area available to us. It should also be noted that Balloonaway Staff will not enter premises where animals are considered to be a threat. In such circumstances the driver may attempt to leave the goods with a neighbour or return them to store. In either instance, Balloonaway will notify the Sender of the outcome and the delivery will be deemed fulfilled.
